Customer Experience Advisor

About the role

Corston Architectural Detail, a fast-growing international luxury interiors brand founded by designers and engineers, sells solid brass switches, sockets, hardware and lighting across the UK, EU, UAE and USA. As a Customer Experience Advisor in Dubai, you will provide exceptional support by telephone, email and other channels, handling enquiries, technical queries and quotations for both trade and retail customers. The role involves working some Saturdays from 9:00 to 18:00.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by telephone, email and other means
• Handle a high volume of daily customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Engage with customers in a friendly, attentive and professional manner, listening to their needs and concerns
• Support inbound trade enquiries and prepare and manage customer quotes
• Answer client questions by email and follow up with potential clients by cold calls
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the CRM system

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails efficiently
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive, proactive and adaptable attitude; high-performer mindset

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• CRM record keeping

• Salary of AED 6,000 - AED 9,000 per month
