Customer Experience & Growth Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Experience and Growth Intern to join our small UAE team. You will work closely with the UAE Business Owner and the Singapore headquarters to deliver smooth football game experiences, engage the community, and support the brand’s expansion across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Host selected football games weekly, ensuring a safe, fun, and seamless experience for players.
• Collect and analyse player feedback to continuously improve the service.
• Assist with daily operations such as scheduling, logistics, venue communication, and onboarding new players.
• Support marketing, customer service, and game‑operation tasks, including recruiting and training new Official Hosts.
• Identify inefficiencies in booking or engagement processes and propose actionable improvements.
• Observe games and suggest format tweaks, warm‑up routines, and post‑game activities.
• Research football communities, universities, corporates and potential partners to drive player acquisition and retention.
• Help organise promotional events, community activations and create social content.
• Collaborate with the UAE Business Owner and Singapore HQ to gain insight into international expansion.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for football and community building.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with players, partners and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑growing environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when games are scheduled.
