Customer Fulfillment Specialist

About the role

The Customer Fulfillment Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end order lifecycle for rigid plastic packaging products. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will ensure accurate order processing, on‑time delivery, and high customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, validate, process, track, and fulfill customer purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Monitor production progress and coordinate with planning and logistics to guarantee on‑time dispatch.
• Communicate order confirmations, changes, delays, and shipment details proactively to customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for order status, product availability, and service requests.
• Collaborate with sales to capture forecasts and align demand with manufacturing capacity.
• Support quality assurance by providing required documentation (e.g., COA, compliance certificates) and assisting with complaint investigations.
• Coordinate shipment planning, dispatch schedules, and delivery tracking with the logistics team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in order management or customer fulfillment within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work under defined service level agreements and resolve issues promptly.
• Attention to detail for documentation, traceability, and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for order entry and tracking.
