Customer Representative – Established Brands (Dubai)

About the role

Organon is seeking a Customer Representative to join its sales team in Dubai. You will support healthcare providers by delivering scientific and clinical information on arthritis, asthma, and immunology products, while driving direct sales of our biologics and biosimilars portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate scientific data on arthritis, asthma and immunology to healthcare professionals.
• Close direct sales to meet individual and team targets.
• Develop and manage lead‑generation plans to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales calls with prospective and existing customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in biologics or biosimilars; 1‑4 years preferred.
• Pharma experience, especially in gastro‑enterology, is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with strong command of English and Arabic.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and driven to excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Based in Dubai and able to cover the market remotely.
