Customer Sales Service Support – MENA

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Customer Sales Service Support professional to manage end‑to‑end post‑sales operations for our Food & Beverage Solutions business across the MENA region. The role ensures seamless contract execution, timely deliveries, accurate documentation and smooth payment cycles, contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales orders from contract entry through invoicing and cash collection.
• Create and raise contracts in SAP or the designated system, obtain customer purchase orders or signed confirmations.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and supply‑chain partners to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Track and follow up on advance payments and other financial milestones.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update order status in the system.
• Support the F&B solutions segment with post‑sales queries and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in post‑sales or sales support functions, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with the MENA market and its business practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP (or equivalent ERP system) for contract and order management.
