Customer Service Agent (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is looking for a customer-focused and organised Customer Service Agent to support daily customer service operations in Sajja, Sharjah. The role covers handling enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, resolving complaints and ensuring a smooth customer experience. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels
• Assist customers with product information, order status, availability, pricing and delivery schedules
• Process orders and update them in the company's ERP system, preferably Odoo
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales and delivery teams for timely order fulfilment
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, exchanges and returns
• Handle complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain customer records, service requests and communication history
• Monitor order progress and inform customers about delays or changes
• Prepare daily customer service reports and keep proper documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or a related field is an advantage
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in furniture, retail or trading
• Good knowledge of customer service procedures, order processing and delivery coordination
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking and organisational skills, able to work under pressure
• Willingness to work in Sajja, Sharjah

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred, including its Sales, Inventory and order management modules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
