About the role
Wheely is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Agent to join its Dubai Internet City office. You will handle calls, live‑chat and email inquiries from passengers and chauffeurs, ensuring a seamless premium‑transport experience for our high‑end clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver top‑tier customer service across phone, live chat and email channels.
- Adhere to operational SLAs to protect customers' time.
- Maintain luxury communication standards and meet satisfaction targets.
- Investigate, resolve and follow up on passenger and chauffeur issues promptly.
- Prioritise, document and escalate customer feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Required profile
- Passion for exceptional customer service.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role within the luxury service industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact centre.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, in an office setting.
- Technical proficiency with standard office and communication tools.
