Customer Service Agent – French Speaking

About the role

Wheely is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join its Dubai office. You will be the voice of the brand, handling calls, live‑chat and email inquiries from both passengers and chauffeurs, ensuring every journey runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer service across phone, live chat and email channels.
• Adhere to operational SLAs to protect customers' time.
• Maintain luxury communication standards and meet satisfaction targets.
• Investigate and resolve issues for passengers and chauffeurs promptly.
• Escalate feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role within the luxury service industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact centre.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
• Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts on‑site.
