Customer Service Agent (French Speaking)

About the role

Wheely is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Agent to join its Dubai office. You will handle calls, live chat and emails, ensuring premium service for both chauffeurs and passengers while protecting their time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier customer service across multiple channels (calls, live chat, email).
• Adhere to operational SLAs and luxury communication standards.
• Maintain customer satisfaction targets and resolve issues quickly.
• Escalate feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role within the luxury service industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, in an office setting.

Required skills
