Telesales Representative

About the role

Rainbow Properties LLC Dubai is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Telesales Representative to join its real‑estate sales team in Dubai. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, identify client needs, present suitable property options and promote the company’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to qualify leads and understand client requirements.
• Explain property features, benefits and current promotions to prospective buyers.
• Schedule property viewings or appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update client information regularly.
• Meet individual and team sales targets while coordinating with colleagues to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Stay informed about Dubai real‑estate trends, developer offerings and company promotions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for clear telephone interactions and professional written correspondence.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Sales aptitude to pursue leads, present options persuasively and achieve targets.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and apply coaching feedback.
• Previous telesales, call‑center or real‑estate sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.

Required skills
