About the role

Join the Saadiyat Beach Club team as a Customer Service Agent / Telephone Operator, providing warm, courteous, and efficient assistance to members and guests who contact the club by phone or email.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally within the prescribed time frame, following established scripts and standards.
• Distribute telephone and email inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Assist guests with restaurant and day‑pass reservations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of club policies, emergency procedures, daily function sheets, VIP/group arrivals, and promotions.
• Ensure high‑quality service standards and consistent performance.
• Support department objectives and contribute to overall club operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, personalized approach.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Awareness of club policies and emergency protocols.
