About the role
The Customer Service Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations of the Information Desk at City Center Al Zahia, providing visitors with directions, event information, and assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of mall assets, services, stores, layout and promotional activities.
- Assist customers at the Information Desk in person and via phone, offering clear directions and event details.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints according to established policies and Service Level Agreements.
- Execute the Gift Card program and ensure payment handling complies with company procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a reputable shopping centre or luxury hotel environment within the GCC or abroad.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of mall operations, services, and promotional activities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
