About the role

The Service Ambassador is the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch, ensuring a smooth and welcoming banking experience. You will manage branch traffic, promote digital banking, and guide customers to the right services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage customer flow to reduce waiting times.
• Guide customers on self‑service and digital banking channels.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate branch representative.
• Support onboarding and basic service requests.
• Promote Emirates Islamic products, services, and digital solutions.
• Maintain service quality standards and comply with bank policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or banking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with professionalism.
• UAE National preferred.
