Customer Service Executive - Email Agent, Sharjah

About the role

Arada, a developer of residential communities focused on customer experience and sustainability, is hiring an Email Agent in Sharjah. The role delivers exceptional customer service through digital channels, acting as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries received online and helping build positive experiences and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions through written communication.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound emails efficiently and professionally.
• Follow standardized email templates and guidelines to keep service consistent and high quality.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism and clarity.
• Record every email interaction accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
• Take part in ongoing training and development to improve service quality.
• Meet individual and team targets, including KPIs and SLAs.
• Build customer trust through clear, courteous and proactive communication.
• Work with colleagues to share insights and best practice, and give feedback on ways to improve the digital customer experience.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience; real estate or service industry preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, tools and feedback.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional email etiquette.
• Microsoft Office and CRM systems for managing customer interactions.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution, especially in writing.
• Attention to detail, time management and prioritisation in a fast pace.
