Customer Service Executive (Email Agent) - Sharjah

About the role

Arada, a developer of residential communities focused on health, happiness and sustainability, is hiring a Customer Service Executive (Email Agent) in Sharjah. The role delivers exceptional customer service through digital channels, acting as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries received online and helping build positive experiences and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions through written communication.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound emails efficiently, following standardized templates and guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism and clarity, and record all email interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team targets, including KPIs and SLAs, and take part in ongoing training.
• Build customer trust through clear, courteous and proactive communication.
• Work with colleagues to share insights and best practice, and give feedback on ways to improve the digital customer experience.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience; real estate or service industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong grasp of professional email etiquette.
• Strong customer focus, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, and high attention to detail.
• Good time management, flexibility to adapt to new tools and a collaborative, proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in CRM systems for managing customer interactions.
