Customer Service Representative – E‑commerce (Dubai)

About the role

STYLI Marketplace, a fast‑growing fashion and beauty e‑commerce platform in the GCC, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Dubai team. You will be the primary point of contact for shoppers, delivering seamless support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email and chat with empathy and ownership.
• Provide accurate information on orders, products and deliveries.
• Document all contacts precisely in the CRM system.
• Drive key service metrics such as CSAT, QA score, AHT, first‑response time and first‑contact resolution.
• Adhere to Styli’s quality standards for tone, process and empathy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, e‑commerce or contact‑center environments.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools or help‑desk software.
