Customer Service Representative (Emirati Talent)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and support Emirati customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and help resolve issues while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers, prospects and non‑customers, meeting targets for call volume, pick‑up time and call quality.
• Deliver courteous, efficient service by answering enquiries, providing complete information and directing callers as needed.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts correctly.
• Identify and act on selling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Diagnose customer problems and propose appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated on product, service and procedural changes through continuous learning.
• Participate in outbound calling campaigns and other projects when required.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
• Work flexible morning and night shifts as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Adaptability to different customer personalities and situations.
