Customer Service Representative – High School Graduates

About the role

Join Emirates Islamic Bank as a customer‑facing professional, handling daily transactions and providing exceptional service to our clients. This entry‑level position is designed for UAE nationals who have recently completed high school and are eager to start a career in banking.

Key responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Issue cashier’s checks and handle currency exchanges.
• Open and close customer accounts while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
• Assist customers by identifying their needs and providing relevant product and service information.
• Reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift, count and package coins and currency, and manage excess or damaged cash.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
