About the role
The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering friendly and efficient assistance across multiple channels. You will help turn satisfied customers into enthusiastic brand advocates by resolving inquiries quickly and accurately. In this role you will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring each interaction meets our quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requests and solve issues.
- Enter and update customer data in various internal platforms.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
