Customer Service Representative (On-site, Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Dubai team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling client inquiries across phone, email and messaging channels while providing accurate information about our technical services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and messages from residential and commercial customers.
• Provide information on service offerings, appointments and service requests.
• Log, update and track service tickets in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue closure and satisfaction.
• Manage customer complaints, maintain accurate records and support retention efforts.
• Collaborate with colleagues, adhere to company procedures and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and complaints, preferably as a Customer Service Representative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and composure under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends or holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is advantageous.
• Previous exposure to technical services, facilities management or a similar industry is beneficial.
