About the role
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as the primary point of contact for customers in the polymer industry, ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and high satisfaction levels. This role is based in Dubai and requires strong knowledge of international trade and logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end order processing through email, phone, and ERP systems.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee product availability and on‑time shipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation, invoicing orders according to SLA requirements.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement solutions to improve service quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in customer service, logistics or export‑focused roles.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation and logistics processes.
- Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
