Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused individual to join our remote support team. This entry‑level position involves assisting customers via email, live chat, phone, and online platforms while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across approved channels and provide accurate product, service, and account information.
• Resolve routine issues, process service requests, and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Enter, review, and update customer data in company systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Create, categorize, and manage support tickets, tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
• Assist with order, billing, and service inquiries, coordinating with internal departments as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, patient attitude.
• Attention to detail, basic problem‑solving ability, and good organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.

Required skills

• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM or ticket‑management platforms is a plus.
