Customer Service & Sales Support Representative - Hindi Speaker

About the role

DocFlow is seeking a bilingual Hindi‑English Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join its Dubai team. You will assist customers with onboarding, answer platform queries, and support sales activities through inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in Hindi and English.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and support tickets.
• Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, login issues, invoice flow and basic platform usage.
• Address inbound sales inquiries, explain services, pricing and product features.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow‑ups with leads and prospects.
• Collect customer requirements, company details and business needs.
• Record interactions in the CRM and support ticket system.
• Escalate technical or product issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Maintain professional, positive communication and ensure issues are resolved.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi (spoken and written) and good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, helpdesk, sales support or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Willingness to learn about e‑invoicing, fintech and digital finance processes.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with support ticket platforms and web‑based applications.
