Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Royalux FZCO is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its growing lighting solutions team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, handling product inquiries, and coordinating with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels, providing accurate product information.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, track deliveries and follow up on after‑sales service requests.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee timely order fulfilment.
• Handle complaints, resolve issues professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of lighting fixtures, LED products and electrical components.
