Customer Service Specialist - Vehicle Inspection

About the role

A vehicle inspection centre in Dubai is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a full-time morning shift. The role covers customer reception, appointment scheduling, follow-up and basic branch administration, working closely with the inspection technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the branch and answer basic enquiries about vehicle inspection services by phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Record customer details, vehicle make and model, year, mileage and inspection requirements, then coordinate appointment times with the team.
• Follow up on enquiries, appointments, visits and inspection progress, and keep accurate customer records.
• Assist with order processing, service registration, document filing, payment records and routine administrative tasks.
• Communicate with customers after inspections, collect service feedback and maintain positive relationships.
• Work with vehicle inspection technicians to ensure smooth communication and coordination during the inspection process.

Required profile

• Good communication skills, a strong customer service attitude and a high sense of responsibility.
• Organized, careful and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in Chinese, with enough English to handle routine customer enquiries.
• Previous experience in customer service, front-desk reception, automotive, sales support or administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with daily life and the working environment in Dubai is an advantage.
• Ability to work proactively, in a team and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including WhatsApp and Microsoft Excel.
• Use of common office software.
