About the role
A leading retail organization in Dubai is hiring an Ecommerce Customer Support Executive with experience in fashion retail ecommerce. The role covers customer inquiries, orders, returns and refunds, and supports both direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries by phone, email, chat and WhatsApp
- Handle order tracking, delivery issues, returns, exchanges and refunds
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service SLAs
- Support abandoned cart recovery initiatives
- Resolve marketplace-related customer cases (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.)
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards
Required profile
- 2-4 years of ecommerce customer support experience in fashion retail
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Experience handling D2C ecommerce websites and online customer support
- Experience supporting GCC customers is preferred
Required skills
- Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Ziwo or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of order management, returns, refunds and last-mile delivery processes
