Customer Success Manager – Russian Language

About the role

Join the EMEA Customer Success team at S&P Global Energy, where you will help customers in the energy and commodities sector unlock maximum value from our solutions. This individual contributor role focuses on onboarding, training, and ongoing relationship management for Russian‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions.
• Onboard customers and deliver remote or in‑person training sessions, tailoring content to specific workflows.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Monitor customer data to identify engagement opportunities and act as a trusted advisor.
• Capture all customer interactions accurately in Gainsight.

Required profile

• Fluency in Russian and English, both spoken and written.
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.

Required skills

• Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
