Customer Success Manager – Russian Speaking

About the role
Join the EMEA Customer Success team at S&P Global Energy in Dubai, focusing on onboarding, education and enablement of customers using our energy solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and ensure they gain maximum value from our solutions.
- Onboard customers and deliver remote or in‑person training sessions, tailoring content to specific workflows.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Monitor customer data to identify further engagement opportunities and act as a trusted advisor.
Required profile
- Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management or a similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously and travel to meet clients.
Required skills
- Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
