Customer Support Engineer – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

The Customer Support Engineer for Commercial Vehicles will deliver advanced technical assistance to United Diesel’s customers, ensuring swift resolution of complex issues and high satisfaction. The role requires deep product knowledge, strong problem‑solving abilities, and effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, email and chat.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and other cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high‑priority customer cases and keep customers informed.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions; develop knowledge‑base articles.
• Mentor and train workshop engineers to improve their technical and service skills.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback, delivering insights to product development for continuous improvement.
