Warehouse Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Executive to manage day‑to‑day activities at our SAIF Zone facility in Sharjah. The role involves coordinating order fulfilment, deliveries, stock control and returns for both local and export shipments while working closely with third‑party logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication and coordination with 3PL warehouse partners.
• Receive incoming orders, pick and dispatch goods accurately.
• Arrange local deliveries, collect proof of delivery and share with Sales/Accounts.
• Track export shipments end‑to‑end, obtain POD and liaise with Sales/Accounts.
• Monitor import shipments and prepare free‑zone documentation.
• Manage B2B orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Reconcile stock daily across internal, free‑zone and physical records using Excel.
• Provide daily stock updates to the Sales team.
• Handle returns, customer complaints and aged stock, coordinating with Production for resolutions.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or supply‑chain coordination, preferably with 3PL interaction.
• Experience with SAIF Zone import/export documentation or similar free‑zone processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with Sales, Accounts, Production and other stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for stock reconciliation and reporting.
