About the role

uPay is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join its Al Barsha 1 office in Dubai. This position focuses solely on assisting customers with their inquiries, without any sales or lead‑generation targets.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and messages politely and efficiently.
Listen to customer queries and provide accurate assistance.
Respond to requests, clarify information, and follow up on unresolved issues.
Go the extra mile to engage and support customers.

Required profile

Fluent in Hindi or Urdu and English; Arabic is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑service role.
Inbound call handling experience preferred.

Required skills

Familiarity with 3CX.
Experience using Zendesk.
Knowledge of FreshDesk.
Understanding of Bitrix24.

What we offer

Full‑time, on‑site position (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Salary range AED 3,500 – 4,000 per month.
Three openings in a supportive team environment.
