Cutting & Stitching Operator – Bag Manufacturing

About the role

Al Mulla Group is looking for a skilled Cutting & Stitching Operator to join its bag manufacturing team in Fujairah. You will work on high‑quality lohia‑style and custom‑designed bags, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the production process. This position offers a chance to develop technical expertise in a fast‑paced, reputable manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cutting and stitching machines for lohia and custom bags.
• Accurately cut fabrics and materials according to patterns and dimensions.
• Perform precise stitching with industrial sewing machines, ensuring stitch quality and durability.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.
• Follow safety protocols, conduct routine equipment maintenance, and report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in cutting and stitching within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to operate industrial sewing machines and cutting tools for bag production.
• Familiarity with lohia bag stitching techniques and pattern‑based cutting processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, templates, and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, physical stamina for standing long periods, and commitment to safety standards.
