About the role
Ingram Micro, a global technology distributor, is hiring a Technical Presales Consultant in Dubai. The role supports the sales of assigned products by giving presales support to customers and resellers.
Key responsibilities
- Convert customer and reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
- Meet with end users to understand their requirements.
- Generate bills of materials and design solution blocks with hardware and software vendors.
- Conduct demos and proof of concept presentations for customers.
- Arrange and deliver technical training for partners and customers.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of presales experience.
- Gulf and cyber security experience.
- Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and proactive approach.
