Data Analyst – Blockchain & Business Intelligence

About the role

This senior analytics position focuses on blockchain data, business intelligence, and product strategy. Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will turn complex on‑chain datasets into actionable insights that guide strategic and commercial decisions across DeFi, payments, stablecoins, trading, AI infrastructure and other emerging use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze on‑chain activity using Dune Analytics, Flipside, or direct blockchain node/RPC access to track metrics such as TVL, DEX volume, wallet behavior and protocol health.
• Profile key ecosystem participants (whales, market makers, liquidity providers) and identify behavioral patterns relevant to strategy.
• Monitor competing blockchain ecosystems, cross‑chain capital flows and broader market dynamics.
• Conduct specialized analyses on MEV, arbitrage, trading infrastructure and other emerging blockchain activities.
• Develop analytical frameworks, benchmark protocols, and evaluate growth initiatives, incentive programs, grants and tokenomics.
• Define, monitor and report KPIs for product and ecosystem verticals, including AI agents, payments, trading and privacy.
• Build and maintain dashboards with Dune, Grafana or equivalent tools for leadership reporting and ecosystem transparency.
• Translate complex data into concise briefs and actionable recommendations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in data analysis, preferably within blockchain or crypto ecosystems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large, complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to both technical and business audiences.
