Data Analyst – Multi‑Category Loyalty App

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw transaction and user data into actionable insights for a multi‑category loyalty application covering restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and retail. The role focuses on customer behavior analysis, campaign performance and merchant metrics to drive engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, consolidate and analyse data from transactions, user profiles and merchant performance reports.
• Develop customer segmentation models using cohort analysis and RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) techniques.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau or advanced Excel.
• Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance, merchant metrics and offer effectiveness.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support marketing campaigns, promotions and business growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention and loyalty program performance while ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong understanding of customer retention, churn, lifetime value, purchase frequency and loyalty point redemption metrics.
• Ability to work independently, build analytical frameworks from scratch and handle raw data exports.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas, lookups, Power Query).
• Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
