Data Analytics & Governance Lead

About the role

The Data Analytics & Governance Lead will design and roll out enterprise‑wide data and analytics governance frameworks. You will ensure data integrity, security and consistency across analytics platforms while promoting data literacy throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data and analytics governance policies, standards and procedures aligned with business strategy and compliance.
• Define and operationalise data ownership and stewardship models across business units.
• Oversee analytics platform stewardship to guarantee data integrity, security and usability.
• Lead initiatives in data quality management, metadata management and data lineage.
• Monitor analytics usage, enforce governance compliance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Promote KPI consistency by standardising definitions, sources and refresh frequencies.
• Track and report analytics ROI, measuring business impact of data initiatives.
• Facilitate data governance councils and analytics working groups, driving continuous improvement.
• Provide managerial oversight and mentorship to raise governance maturity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data governance, analytics governance or data management.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and compliance requirements.
• Experience with large ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
