Data & Analytics Integration Manager – Automotive

About the role

The Data & Analytics Integration Manager will act as the strategic bridge between the Automotive GTDP team and the Analytics & Data Office (ADO). This role ensures that data‑engineering and AI initiatives are coordinated, aligned, and deliver measurable business value for the automotive division.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and align all automotive data and AI projects with ADO to achieve business outcomes.
• Synchronise the GTDP data‑engineering roadmap with the ADO analytics and reporting roadmap.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to define, validate, and prioritise data requirements.
• Provide visibility on GTDP capacity and resource needs for data ingestion and transformation planning.
• Promote reuse of solutions and prevent duplication across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Intelligent Data Platform (IDP) focusing on cost, performance, and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven ability to act as an intermediary between technical and business teams.
• Strong understanding of data‑strategy execution and AI initiatives within an automotive context.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
