Data Analytics Manager – Media & Digital Performance

About the role

As a Data Analytics Manager – Media and Digital Performance you will be the hands‑on expert driving analysis of paid media across social, search, programmatic and influencer channels. You will turn insights into optimisation recommendations and own media data quality, governance and reporting automation.

Key responsibilities

• Independently analyse media performance (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, reach, frequency) and deliver optimisation recommendations on budget, audience, creative and channel mix.
• Lead post‑campaign deep dives, scenario modelling and build media effectiveness analyses, moving towards attribution and mix modelling.
• Define KPI definitions, implement a global campaign naming convention and audit tagging/tracking setups (GA4, GTM, UTM, pixels).
• Collaborate with technology teams to maintain clean media data sets and develop automated dashboards.
• Leverage AI to create near‑real‑time learning and reporting workflows.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of hands‑on media/digital analytics experience (client or agency side) in CPG/FMCG, beauty or DTC.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong commercial mindset linking media performance to business outcomes.

Required skills

• Expert use of digital media platform reporting tools and APIs (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Suite, Google Ads/DV360).
• Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) and web analytics platforms (GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels).
• Experience with attribution methods (incrementality, multi‑touch, MMM) and AI‑enabled reporting automation.
