Its Data Analyst Traineeship is a remote program supporting data-driven projects for the company's healthcare analytics initiatives, with day-to-day work supervised by senior analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and organize data from multiple sources
• Conduct basic statistical analysis
• Assist in building data models for reporting and insights
• Help prepare dashboards, visualizations and summary reports under supervision
• Document methods, assumptions and findings

Required profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline
• Strong analytical skills and a foundational understanding of data analytics
• Basic knowledge of statistics and the ability to interpret quantitative results
• Clear communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with team members
• Attention to detail, curiosity about healthcare data and the ability to work independently remotely

Required skills

• Data modeling skills, or willingness to learn them
• Ideal familiarity with Excel, SQL or data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
