Data Center Facility Manager

About the role

The Data Center Facility Manager will lead the operation and maintenance of regional collocation data center facilities, ensuring compliance with SLAs and supporting construction and commissioning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define data center operations, change management procedures, SOPs and EOPs for regional collocation DC facilities.
• Lead technical teams and consultants in normal and emergency situations, and ensure vendor compliance with contractual SLAs.
• Provide construction administrative support, coordinate design to commissioning phases, and travel to sites for engineering studies and audits.
• Analyze energy‑efficient solutions, develop change management scripts, and participate in root‑cause analysis of incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years experience leading operations of large (10+ MW) global data centers.
• Deep knowledge of data center mechanical, electrical, fire and control systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25‑50%+).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
