Data Engineer/Analyst – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer/Analyst to support the management and analysis of Project Controls data, with a strong focus on data visualization and reporting, for a semi‑government real estate developer based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review project controls data and reporting to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations that provide actionable insights.
• Analyze project data to identify key insights, trends, and performance indicators.
• Present complex data in a clear, structured, and visually engaging format for stakeholders.
• Support the Project Controls team with accurate and timely reporting to aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in Project Controls, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related field.
• Strong Power BI and data visualization skills to create effective dashboards.
• Excellent data management, analytical, and presentation skills for clear communication.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or large‑scale development is preferred.
