Principal Project Manager

About the role

The Principal Project Manager will lead complex delivery programs for AnalogAnalog’s digital twin platform. Working closely with the PMO, you will ensure milestones, dependencies and critical paths are managed effectively to keep multiple parallel streams on track.

Key responsibilities

• Own planning of milestones, dependencies and critical paths in collaboration with the PMO.
• Maintain robust RAID logs, making risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies visible and actively managed.
• Synchronise parallel delivery streams, resolving conflicts in priority or resources.
• Conduct regular program reporting and governance forums with clear, timely status updates.
• Manage client‑side dependencies, driving decisions and inputs to sustain delivery momentum.
• Coordinate with finance controllers and product managers to align plan, budget and scope.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a senior or principal project manager on large, complex programs.
• Strong command of critical‑path planning, dependency management and RAID discipline.
• Proven ability to manage client‑side dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Comfort working closely with a PMO and a structured approach to governance and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication skills, especially under pressure.
