About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Officer to support our accounting and bookkeeping operations in Sharjah Industrial Area 3. The role focuses on accurate entry of financial transactions and maintaining organized records to assist our accountants.
Key responsibilities
- Enter sales, purchase, and expense transactions into Excel.
- Maintain daily bookkeeping records and update customer and supplier information.
- Organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Prepare working files for VAT and Corporate Tax filings.
- Reconcile bank transactions using Excel.
- Ensure proper filing of all accounting documents.
- Provide administrative support to accountants as needed.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and accurate when handling financial data.
- Good English communication skills.
- Team player able to collaborate with accounting staff.
- Fast learner willing to adapt to bookkeeping processes.
