About the role
The Data Processor is responsible for handling incoming samples, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting client reporting within a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and register samples in the Siglo system, perform physical counts, log them in spreadsheets, and assign racks.
- Maintain data accuracy, send reports to clients, monitor rack inventory, and coordinate with the uploading team for correct patient data entry.
- Upload data from various sources, prepare barcodes and templates for clients, and keep the assigned section clean.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration/Business.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment such as operations, events, or hospitality.
- Previous experience as a Data Processor or Data Encoder.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
- Typing speed of at least 70 WPM.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Data entry proficiency.
