About the role
We are looking for a Data Quality Developer on a 12‑month contract to design, implement and automate data quality checks across our source systems, data pipelines and transformation layers. You will work closely with data engineers to ensure data integrity throughout the end‑to‑end flow.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data profiling on source systems to detect quality issues early.
- Develop and maintain validation checks across ETL/ELT processes.
- Build reusable, automated data quality tests using SQL, Python or similar tools.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to address and prevent recurring data problems.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience in data engineering, data quality or analytics engineering.
- Hands‑on experience supporting production ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong SQL knowledge for profiling, validation and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with data warehouses, data lakes and large‑scale data platforms.
