About the role

Rak Bank is seeking a Data Scientist to develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Analyze customer, sales, and portfolio performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Support business teams with ad‑hoc analytics and data requirements.
• Automate reporting processes using SQL, Python, VBA, and BI tools.
• Monitor performance against business targets and provide recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• UAE National with a passion for data, analytics, and problem‑solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, innovate, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
