About the role
Hyves.co is expanding its luxury watch trading marketplace and needs a results‑driven specialist to acquire new watch dealers. The role focuses on closing deals quickly, both through digital outreach and face‑to‑face visits in Dubai’s luxury watch hubs.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and close luxury watch merchants globally via digital channels and locally through in‑person visits.
- Run targeted on‑the‑ground acquisition campaigns in Dubai to hunt and convert prospects.
- Overcome objections and secure immediate sign‑ups over the phone or face‑to‑face.
- Hand off onboarded dealers into the Pipedrive workflow and keep them engaged with the platform.
Required profile
- Based in Dubai and mobile, ready to conduct ground campaigns.
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages such as Arabic, French or Mandarin are a strong advantage.
- Previous sales experience in the luxury market is a plus.
- Highly motivated by commission‑only earnings and relentless in closing deals.
