Dealer Relationship Executive (Auction)

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a proactive Dealer Relationship Executive to manage and grow relationships with automotive dealers across the UAE. The role focuses on driving auction activity, ensuring dealer engagement on the platform, and meeting sales and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers, delivering industry‑leading customer service.
• Market dealer portfolios to achieve quality, pricing, and volume objectives.
• Maintain detailed logs of dealer visits, feedback, and activity.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, margins, and ensure bidding activity exceeds 95%.
• Negotiate contracts to secure the highest possible margins for the company.
• Ensure all dealers are active on the auction platform and engage them regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in new or used vehicle sales, purchases, or dealer management.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Deep knowledge of the GCC used‑car market and vehicle specifications.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong segmentation capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, marketing, and sales skills.
• Professional presentation, ambitious, and team‑oriented.
