Dealer Relationship Executive - Auction

About the role

Dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, is hiring a Dealer Relationship Executive in Dubai. The role manages and markets assigned dealer relationships, develops dealer partnerships that generate contracts according to the company's credit risk and profitability models, and provides quality customer service while meeting quality, pricing and volume objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build dealer relationships through high-quality customer service.
• Manage and market assigned dealer relationships to meet quality, pricing and volume targets.
• Maintain a log of dealer visits and dealer feedback.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and margins.
• Design dealer segregation and ensure bidding activity exceeds 95%.
• Keep all dealers active on the platform and engage with them in auctions.
• Negotiate to secure the highest margins for the company.
• Update the system on time and meet all dealers weekly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, purchases and management.
• Valid UAE driver's licence.
• In-depth knowledge of the used car market and expertise across a wide range of makes, models and specifications for GCC vehicles.
• Analytical, data-driven outlook with strong segmentation skills, focused on measurable KPIs.
• Strong negotiation, marketing and sales skills; highly presentation-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Ambitious, competitive, ambitious and able to grow within the organisation; team player.
