About the role
Clear Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Delivery Consultant to join its fast‑growing Data Center talent consultancy. You will work with senior consultants and directors, sourcing top talent for niche verticals across global markets.
Key responsibilities
- Drive a 180‑day recruitment focused role, meeting rolling targets.
- Generate CVs for senior consultants and the director team.
- Source candidates via job boards, databases, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with clients worldwide to understand hiring needs.
- Create and market job ads across multiple platforms.
- Manage a hot permanent recruitment desk, specialising in a niche market.
Required profile
- Commercial acumen and a strong growth mindset.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious and eager to become a specialist recruiter.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑performing, collaborative culture.
